The beautiful Saco River runs through our property, ideal for fishing, kayaking, swimming, or tubing (at your own risk). Nearby, you’ll find family-friendly hikes like Jagolinzer Preserve, longer treks like Sawyer Mountain, and swimming at Moy-Mo-Dä-Yo Recreational Area. You can also enjoy seasonal activities like fruit picking at Dole’s Orchard, local festivals like the Ossipee Valley Music Festival, and guided fishing or hiking excursions.

Outside, you’ll find a porch with sweeping views of the Saco River and White Mountains, a saltwater hot tub room, a firepit, a seasonal tennis court, and access to trails and river activities. An on-site host is always available to make sure your stay is seamless and comfortable.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am.
How many people can you accommodate?
The Farm House can comfortably accommodate 10 guests for overnight stays. The upstairs includes three bedrooms: one queen bedroom, one king bedroom, and a twin room with two twin beds. The third-floor attic is a charming space that includes a queen bed and two twin beds.
Is Tucker Farm House family-friendly?
Absolutely! Tucker Farm is a magical place for families and kids to connect with the great outdoors. Children should be supervised at all times, especially around the river, road, hot tub, and firepits.
